Inventory, Pricing, and Shipping
Our inventory, pricing, and shipping costs are subject to change. We are committed to providing you with exceptional value and service.
Price Matching
We match prices from other local retailers. To be eligible for a price match, the item must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and condition. Exclusions include clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, bundled offers, free items, rebates, and competitors’ special events. To request a price match, please present proof of the lower price (e.g., advertisement, printout, or URL) at the time of purchase via email to hello@lonewolfinteriors.ca.
Product Defects and Variations
Defects must be reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the item and are subject to inspection and approval. Please be aware that natural materials like wood and marble exhibit unique variations and veining, which are not considered defects. Foreign wood may experience size changes and cracking as it adjusts to our climate, which is also not considered a defect. Many of our products are handcrafted from natural materials, and due to their hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections are part of their charm and uniqueness. Please note that the images on our website and social media may differ slightly from the actual item you receive.
Storage Fees
Storage fees will apply to any orders requiring storage for more than 14 days.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require final confirmation of measurements, fabric selection, and design details before being placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all aspects, with final sign-off by the purchaser being mandatory.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer estimated shipping dates at the time of order but cannot guarantee a precise completion date. While we strive to ship your order on or before the estimated date, delays may occur. We will keep you informed of any updates or changes to the estimated delivery time via email. Due to the unpredictability of arrival dates, we cannot guarantee that all items in your order will be delivered at the same time.
Delivery Preparations
For liability reasons, our delivery teams cannot remove any existing furniture from your home. Please ensure that all existing furniture is removed and that the space is cleared to accommodate your new items. It is also your responsibility to verify that the furniture will fit through all access points such as doorways, elevators, stairways, and hallways. Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate when placing your order, and notify us immediately if any changes are needed. Our Customer Care team will contact you once your items arrive to arrange the delivery.
Warranty Information
Warranties are only applicable to custom orders. Unfortunately, non-custom orders do not come with a warranty. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding the warranty on your custom order, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Credit Card Fee
Please note that a 3% credit card fee will be applied to transactions exceeding $2,000. We encourage using e-transfer or cheque to avoid this fee.
